Speciality: Eating Disorders
I am an Eating Disorder specialist at Elysium Therapy Brighton. I have experience of working with adults and adolescents from the age of 14 upwards. I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on psychodynamic, existential and humanistic philosophies. I work holistically, using CBT, mindfulness and art techniques according to the individual’s needs.
I have experience of running 12 step, psycho-educational, process and art therapy groups as well as nutritional and wellbeing workshops. I am trained in systemic family therapy working with families and couples.
Over the last 12 years I have specialised in the treatment of eating disorders and body dysmorphia because the relationship between body and mind has always been of particular interest to me.
