I am the Lead Therapist at Elysium Therapy Brighton.
I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic therapeutic approaches, and utilising techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), to holistically meet the needs of patients.
I’ve been practising as a psychotherapist for nearly 15 years providing both short-term and long-term one-to-one therapy and psychoeducational groups in a variety of settings including charities such as the NSPCC, and in universities including Brighton, UCA and Winchester, including 5 years of managing therapeutic services for students.
