Elysium Therapy Brighton is part of the Elysium Private Health division and we are regulated by CQC. We provide individual consultations, psychiatric assessments and talking therapies for adults, young people and children. These can be delivered on a group therapy and outpatient basis, in person, via video conferencing, by telephone counselling or any combination of these options.
Our outpatient programme provides 1:1 therapy for people experiencing a wide range of psychological disorders, or for those simply having difficulties with their life circumstances. We treat a range of conditions such as psychiatric and psychological disorders, addictions, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression and sleep disturbance. Our therapy programme is delivered by our expert team of Psychologists and Therapists.
Our day care programme offers intensive treatment without a hospital stay. The programme runs daily, five days a week enabling you to engage in the full therapy treatment timetable including all groups and 1:1 therapy. We are able to flex our day programme to meet each individual’s needs.
Our Child and Adolescent outpatient clinic provides treatment for children and young people aged 3 to 17 years with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. Our expert team is made up of specialist Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrists and Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologists. Our consultations are conducted by a Consultant Psychiatrist, who will devise a treatment plan working with our therapy experts. Treatment is coordinated with the young person, their family or carer and external bodies, e.g. schools, as required.
