At The Brighton & Hove clinic we understand that accessing help for mental health problems can be challenging so our team of experts are here to support you through this journey. We offer psychiatric services, outpatient therapies and day care programmes for adults and young people who are experiencing difficulties with their life circumstances.
Our outpatient programme provides 1:1 therapy for people experiencing a wide range of psychological disorders or for those simply having difficulties with their life circumstances. We treat a range of conditions such as psychiatric and psychological disorders, addiction, eating Disorders, stress, Anxiety, Depression and sleep disturbance. Our therapy programme is delivered by our expert team of Psychologists and Therapists.
Our day care programme offers intensive treatment without a hospital stay. The programme runs daily, five days a week enabling you to engage in the full therapy treatment timetable including all groups and 1:1 therapy. We are able to flex our day programme to meet each individual’s needs.
Our Child and Adolescent outpatient clinic is for young people between the ages of 7 to 18 years. Our expert team is made up of specialist CAMHs Consultant Psychiatrists and CAMHs Psychologists. Our assessments are conducted by a Consultant Psychiatrist, who will devise a treatment plan working with our therapy experts. We treat a wide range conditions that help a young person manage any mental health issues whilst maintaining as normal a life as possible. Treatment is coordinated with the young person, their family or carer and external bodies, e.g. schools, as required.
