Susan Field
Service Director
Susan Field is a Registered General and Mental Health Nurse. Her clinical career has been extensive working in a variety of roles ranging from Primary Care Nursing, Clinical Education and being a Director of Nursing in the NHS. In December 2019, Susan joined the team at The Dean Neurological Centre as its Director and Registered Manager. She remains committed and privileged to be leading and working with an amazing group of residents, their families and a team of care staff who go “above and beyond” to make a difference to the care that is provided at The Dean. Susan is highly motivated, passionate in providing high quality, people centred and individualised care. Her work involves working with a range of different organisations and partners which she finds rewarding and educational.
Aidan Davis
Head of Clinical Services
Aidan Davis is a Registered Adult Nurse, having qualified from The University of Worcester in 2012. With extensive experience in Emergency and Acute Care, Aidan is a Faculty of Emergency Nurses Accredited Practitioner. Having worked as Matron within the NHS Aidan has extensive experience in work force management and delivering complex recovery plans, with budgetary awareness and a keen interest in governance. Aidan is Head of Clinical Services at The Dean Neurological Centre, with oversight of all clinical teams, clinical governance and factors affecting patient safety and experience.
Sarah Baker
Operations Manager
Sarah Baker achieved an honors degree in Health Studies back in June 2005, proceeding with her career in the charity sector supporting vulnerable adults and children. Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in the facilities management sector and brings with her a range of knowledge. In January 2020 Sarah joined The Dean Neurological Centre as Operations Manager and has been a pivotal part of project planning and improvement programs over this time. Sarah is a highly efficient and motivated leader with a great passion in ensuring The Dean is a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place for all.
