Enquiries & Referrals

Referrals can be made by clinicians, commissioners, case managers or directly from families or friends. We ask that as much information as possible is made available regarding the potential resident and their neurological condition.


We can take referrals over the telephone, by emailing, faxing or by posting information. Our clinical team will review the information received quickly and efficiently and if appropriate, will arrange for a face to face assessment of all potential residents to enable the team to accurately evaluate the specific and individual needs each person requires.
