Compliments and Complaints

We want you to be happy and satisfied with the care that you receive but if you feel we have let you down in any way please tell us as quickly as possible so that we can look into the problem and find a solution. Each of our hospitals has a Complaints Officer.


Ask to see them to raise your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can escalate the complaint to our Head Office. Your opinion and your view matter to us. We promise to listen, be fair and find a helpful solution and a way forward.
