Healthlinc Apartments provide a homely and spacious environment which replicates an ordinary living setting. The service design encourages individuals to maintain their own living space and encourages the development of daily living skills. Set within their own grounds in a quiet residential area, Healthlinc Apartments offers five ensuite bedrooms and two bespoke single person apartments. There is a communal lounge with patio doors that open out onto the rear garden, a kitchen and quiet lounge. Outside there are extensive private rear gardens with a summer house and patio areas with seating.

The team is made up of the Registered Manager, Nurses and Support Workers with further support if required, from the local Learning Disability Community Mental Health Team via GP referral.

We provide person centred and care planned outcomes, using focused interventions to support recovery to better health and greater independence. We facilitate engagement in the community and opportunities to develop new lifestyle choices to improve self-esteem and confidence.
