Back in February we consulted with all of our staff, service users, families and carers to find out what they believed our new company values should be. The results were confirmed earlier this month, and we are launching them company-wide today!
The values that everyone felt best represented us all are:
Kindness – in everything we do and say
In recent months and given the current situation in the country, it’s very apparent that we are all practicing this each and every day, not only to each other, but hopefully to ourselves too! We are all in this together, and kindness goes a long way.
Integrity – being honest and doing the right thing
We believe that this is what sets us apart, and demonstrates just how much we care about what we do, and how we do it.
Teamwork – working together to deliver great care and outcomes
This is the glue that keeps us all together.
Without this, work would be very challenging. Without each other, we couldn’t perform our day to day duties, and maintain the high standards that we set ourselves.
Excellence – being outstanding at what we do
We are the best at what we do because of each and every one of us!
We hope that our new values resonate with you. We strongly believe that whilst we already practice these every day, we also have room for doing more, not just as individuals, but as a team too.
