As Information Management Administrator, you will be working along the Information Management team at Elysium Head Office in Borehamwood to assist in the smooth running of the department.
You will be experienced in working with data and reconciliation procedures as you will be preparing data for external reporting, ensuring it is consistent and accurate. You will be responsible for validating data input for a range of business systems working with application users to improve quality and integrity of data
You will be working at Elysium Head Office in Borehamwood which is commutable from St Albans, London, Luton and Watford. There is excellent railway transport links with a 25 minute train journey to London Kings Cross Station. This position will close on 19th December 2019.
The role involves:
- Assist in the smooth running of department
- Prepare data for external reporting
- Validate data input for a range of business systems working with application users to improve quality and integrity of data
- Building and maintaining relationships with Carenotes leads at each unit to ensure full engagement, cohesive working and sharing of information and best practice
- Working as an effective and integral part of the Information Management team to ensure reporting is consistent and accurate and is delivered within the agreed timescales
- Familiarising with all dashboards to assist sites with any questions
- Assisting in Data cleansing projects as and when required
- Scheduling, room booking, preparing documentation and requesting attendance for regular and ad hoc meetings at Head Office and company-wide
